working principle
When the extruder is working, the plastic raw materials are first automatically added to the hopper, and the raw materials fall into the screw groove of the screw under the action of gravity. As the screw rotates, the raw materials are continuously transported forward and gradually heated and plasticized by the external heating device of the material barrel, ultimately forming a uniform melt. The melt is extruded through the head of the extruder under the push of the screw, and then molded into the desired edge banding shape through the mold. After subsequent cooling, shaping, traction, and coating processes, the final edge banding product is obtained
