Strict product inspection: Before the product leaves the factory, multiple inspection processes are set up, using professional color detection equipment such as colorimeters to perform color testing on each batch of edge banding, ensuring that the color of the same batch of products is uniform and consistent, and the color difference with the standard color card is controlled within a very small range. At the same time, experienced quality inspectors are arranged to conduct manual visual inspections to avoid color differences that may be missed due to equipment errors and other reasons.


Clear color difference explanation: When communicating with customers, we will clearly inform them of the normal color difference range that may exist in the edge banding, provide detailed color samples and product instructions, so that customers have a clear understanding of the product color before purchasing, and avoid disputes due to cognitive differences.


Mid sales process


On site color matching service: If the customer has a need, professional personnel can be arranged to bring edge banding samples to the customer's site for actual color matching with the customer's board or decoration environment, ensuring that the color of the edge banding selected by the customer can achieve satisfactory results in practical application.


Timely communication and feedback: After the customer places an order, closely monitor the production and delivery progress. If significant color differences are found during the production process, we will communicate with the customer as soon as possible, inform them of the specific situation, and provide solutions such as changing colors, adjusting production processes, etc. We respect the customer's opinions and choices.


After sales process


Quick response mechanism: After customer feedback on color difference issues, the after-sales service process will be immediately initiated, and a dedicated person will be arranged to contact the customer in the shortest possible time to understand the specific situation and record the customer's needs and problems.


• On site verification: Based on customer feedback, arrange for technical personnel to conduct on-site verification of the severity of color difference issues if necessary. Technicians will carry professional testing tools to conduct color testing and comparison on the edge banding and related boards again, to determine if there is any color difference beyond the normal range.


• Free replenishment and exchange: If it is confirmed that the color difference of the edge banding is too large, we will provide customers with replenishment or exchange services free of charge according to their requirements, ensuring that customers can obtain color matching edge banding in a timely manner without affecting their decoration or production progress.


• Collect feedback for improvement: Record in detail the color difference issues and processing results reported by customers, and provide feedback to the production and quality control departments. Analyze the causes of color difference and improve production processes and quality control procedures in a targeted manner to avoid similar problems from happening again.
